Golfers Handbook is my first book that is written with the intention of helping golfers move better and feel better. This book introduces an explanation for why you move the way you do and ultimately why you swing the golf club as you do. There is a personal screening test that checks to see if you have any unknown limitations as well as correctional exercises that will help you regain functional movement patterns again. There is also a chapter about nutritional tips to stabilize blood sugar levels so that you can maintain your energy and concentration throughout your round of golf. There are also proper warm-up routines, swing tips and a whole lot more.
